Yoga literally means union. For me, doing crafts employs all aspects of being human: body, mind and spirit. Sometimes crafts are meditative. Sometimes they're just plain fun. Sometimes they're an intellectual puzzle. And sometimes they are a frustration. Always, they are my obsession.
